Please Note:

- Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
- We only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
- We are unable to process a refund or replacement unless we have the item back with us.
- You have 14 days window from the day of receiving your delivery to initiate your return. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer exchange or refund after that period.
