Once you have placed the order and it has been confirmed by Shaba, you will receive the shipping confirmation via email and SMS (if applicable). This confirmation is sent once your order has been processed for dispatch. Using the link in the email, you should be able to track your shipment.

GENERAL TERMS
- We deliver all orders using the services as detailed here. Shaba has the right to fluctuate prices in proportion with its cost for shipping.
- All orders are delivered within the UK using the Royal Mail.
- When placing your order, please ensure that your shipping and billing address details are accurate. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or redirect your order once it has been processed, so it's important to verify all information before submitting.
- Kindly ensure your billing address matches the address on your credit card statement.
DISPATCH ORDER
- Before dispatching purchases, we need to confirm your details with your card issuer. Don't worry because we try our very best to keep delays to a minimum at Shaba.
- Generally, we dispatch orders within 48 hours or (2 business days). However, in the run up to really busy periods like Christmas, bank holidays, or Black Friday, it may take us 3 to 4 business days to dispatch your orders. This is due to the high volumes and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. No orders are picked up over the weekend or on public holidays.
- Please note that our daily cut-off time is 6:30 pm. Orders received after Thursday 6:30 pm are dispatched the following Monday. Express orders placed between Thursday 6:30 pm and Sunday 6:30 pm are dispatched the following Monday. If you want your order delivered at the earliest, we request you to place your order before 6:30 pm and preferably before Thursday so your order can be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Orders are not dispatched on bank holidays and on the weekends.
- At this time, we do not offer a next-day delivery service.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT WITH ROYAL MAIL
- Once you have placed the order and it has been confirmed by Shaba, you will receive the shipping confirmation via email and SMS (if applicable). This confirmation is sent once your order has been processed for dispatch. Using the link in the email, you should be able to track your shipment.
- Tracking updates will be sent to you of every scan point once the shipper has picked up the day's collection.
- If you are unable to retrieve or haven't received the tracking information within 48 hours of the 'Shipment is Prepared' email, kindly contact our customer support team.at info@shabacosmetics.com they will help you find your package.
- Please note that you must bring to our notice as soon as possible if you have not or are unable to retrieve the tracking information of your package. It is the recipient's responsibility to monitor the progress of their package using the tracking number provided.However, we can help if you intimate us of the issue at the earliest
DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIMING
- The delivery times quoted during order placement are indicative only. They are the best estimates of the service offered by our shippers and it starts from the date of dispatch. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, consequential delays, or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.
- Please note that our service is not a named delivery service. Hence, anyone at the designated delivery address can sign for the delivery. The recipient must assume the risk for the products once the package has been delivered to the recipient's address. If you have provided wrong delivery address or someone else has picked up your package, we accept no liability for such actions.
- After dispatch, please allow 1-2 business days for delivery. The delivery times are not guaranteed, but your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing it unless it is during busy periods like bank holidays, Black Friday, and Christmas. You will receive the estimated delivery date and tracking information in your email or SMS.
- Our daily cut-off time for orders is 6 :30 pm
- To ensure fast dispatch, kindly order by 6:30 pm Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 6:00 pm Thursday to Sunday are dispatched the following Monday.
- If an item is out of stock, we will aim to notify you within 5 working days of your order being placed. We may offer alternative products or provide an expected restock date for the unavailable item(s). We do not offer a next day delivery service at this time.
- Please note that orders are not dispatched or delivered during the weekends or bank holidays. In that case, the delivery time might get extended and it may take us 3-5 days to dispatch your order.
DELIVERY ATTEMPT
- If your order has not arrived at the estimated delivery date or it shows the order has been delivered, we request that you check with the specific courier or your local post office. You must also check with your neighbours to ensure someone hasn't picked it up on your behalf. Once these checks have been made and you are certain no delivery attempts have been made, reach out to us. We will try our best to assist you.
COMBINED DELIVERIES
- If you have placed multiple orders to be delivered to the same shipping address, we try to combine them if possible. Whenever we detect this, we try to ship all the orders together in a single package. This ensures environmental sustainability and operational efficiency whilst streamlining the delivery process. It also means you don't have to wait too long for your package.
SPLIT DELIVERIES
At Shaba, we always strive to deliver all items together in an order. However, due to stock issues or other unforeseeable problems, we have to occasionally ship part of your order separately. For instance, if you have ordered five items and one of the items is out of stock, we might dispatch four of the in-stock items whilst waiting for the fifth item to be restocked. You have nothing to worry about, as we will update you via email on the status of your order progression.
DAMAGED PARCELS
- We take great care to ensure your order is delivered undamaged and correct. However, in rare cases when you receive damaged/incorrect products or the goods listed on the delivery note are missing, please inform us within 7 days of delivery.
- However, make sure you inform us within the given time frame. Failing to do so means we won't be responsible for the loss of earnings or other costs incurred due to incorrect or damaged products received. We will immediately launch an investigation and advise you with the next steps.
ELIGIBILITY FOR FREE SHIPPING
- To be eligible for free shipping you are expected to spend a minimum of £50.
PRICING AND VAT
- The prices of all the items on Shaba cosmetics website are displayed with VAT included in GBP £
- Once you have added all the items to the basket and then added your shipping and billing address, you will see the final order amount in Pounds Sterling
