We hope that you have been happy with your recent purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you might need to return an item to us.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can write to us at info@shabacosmetics.com to raise a return request. However, this must be within 14 days of receiving the products. Kindly refer to our Return & Refund Policy to understand the specific procedure.
If the return request is not raised within 14 days, we won’t be able to issue a refund. Also, the items must be returned to us unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition. The products must be in their original packaging with all the tags attached and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Non-returnable products: Products that can’t be returned, for Hygiene reasons, include cosmetics, hair accessories, hairbrushes and combs, hair extensions and hair pieces, wigs, earrings or piercing tools, foot spas electricals, timmers, clippers and hair dryers, scissors, blades and manicure/pedicure tools.
- If you are returning your item(s) because you have changed your mind or the item is unsuitable, you will be required to return the product at your own cost to us, which will not be refunded. You are responsible for ensuring the product arrives safely to us. So we strongly recommend that you return the product by recorded post. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to products whilst being returned to us.
- We only accept returns. We do not offer exchanges. For an exchange, you must return the item(s) to us and then place a new order. You will get the refund for the item(s) returned.

Returns Process:
Please Note:
● This applies to items purchased from this site only.
● Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
● We only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
● We are unable to process a refund or replacement unless we have the item back with us.
● You have 14 days window from the day of receiving your delivery to initiate your return. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer exchange or refund after that period.
● The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.
● We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN).

Refunds Policy:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. We issue full refunds only on products returned to us because of defect or malfunctioning within 14 business days of receipt.
If the items are not returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the order, it will be deemed that you have accepted the items and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
● If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
● There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items:
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Postage Cost:
- Return products by sending us an email at info@shabacosmetics.com. Our customer service team will guide you on how to return the item(s) to us.
- Postage costs for returning the item(s) will be borne by you. Postage costs are non-refundable. When we issue a refund, we deduct the cost of return postage.
- Items returned by you not due to a discrepancy or defect, a refund will be issued (excluding the delivery fees) within 30 working days of receipt.
Damaged, missing or lost in transit:
If you have received incorrect or damaged products from Shaba, we will cover the costs, including the shipping charges. Please note that we only issue a refund of the return postage costs for returning an item where:
● Shaba has sent you the wrong item(s).
● The item(s) is faulty or damaged.
● For any damaged, missing or lost in transit orders you must notify us within
7 days of the due delivery date and for any damages, provide photographic evidence..
If your order is damaged, missing, or lost in transit we will investigate the issue before providing a refund.
The refund will be received in your original payment method. For example, if you have used PayPal to pay for the original order, the amount will be reimbursed to your PayPal account.
Please contact us if you haven’t received the refund after 14 business days of posting your return. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you.
