Return & Refund Policy
Are you dissatisfied with your purchase? No worries, because we are here to help.
Returns Policy:
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If it has been more than 14 days since the delivery of your package, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange or refund unfortunately. Our returns policy was updated on 29/07/2024. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. So, please keep referring to this policy before placing your order.
At Shaba, we work very hard to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand there might be occasions when you may need to return an item. Here’s our returns policy for your perusal. The terms are only applicable to the items purchased on our website (https://shabacosmetics.com).
● Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place your order and it ends 14 days from the day you receive your package.
● If you wish to cancel a purchase for reasons other than defect or malfunction, the return postage costs will be borne by you. We will deduct this amount from your purchase refund.
● We only accept return of items that are unused, unopened and in a re-saleable condition with all the packaging, tamper-resistant seals, and any cellophane intact. Also, we accept returns if they are made within 14 days of receiving the order

within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Our team will walk you through the process and give you step-by-step instructions on how to return the item(s).
● All items must be returned in their original packaging. They must have all the tags attached and should be in the same condition as when you received them.
● Please keep your order number handy, as we will require this number to complete the return. You will find your order number in the order confirmation email.

Returns Process
Please Note:
● This applies to items purchased from this site only.
● Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
● We only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
● We are unable to process a refund or replacement unless we have the item back with us.
● You have 14 days window from the day of receiving your delivery to initiate your return. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer exchange or refund after that period.
● The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.
● We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN).

● Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
● If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, postage costs for returning the item(s) will be borne by you.
● We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
● Do not send your purchased items to the manufacturer. You must send the items to us at our return address. Kindly note our return address:

● Once we have received the return, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. We issue full refunds only on products returned to us because of defect or malfunctioning within 14 business days of receipt.
If the items are not returned to us within 14 days of you receiving the order, it will be deemed that you have accepted the items and you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Damaged, missing or lost in transit
If you have received incorrect or damaged products from Shaba, we will cover the costs, including the shipping charges. Please note that we only issue a refund of the return postage costs for returning an item where:
● Shaba has sent you the wrong item(s).
● The item(s) is faulty or damaged.
● For any damaged, missing or lost in transit orders you must notify us within
7 days of the due delivery date and for any damages, provide photographic evidence..
If your order is damaged, missing, or lost in transit we will investigate the issue before providing a refund.
The refund will be received in your original payment method. For example, if you have used PayPal to pay for the original order, the amount will be reimbursed to your PayPal account.
Please contact us if you haven’t received the refund after 14 business days of posting your return. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you.
Please note that refunds may take up to 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your account. This is primarily due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment
