All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours unless advised otherwise. Kindly note that orders are dispatched on working days, i.e. Monday to Friday. No orders are picked up on public holidays or over the weekend.
Please note that orders placed during busy periods like Black Friday, bank holidays, and Christmas might take up to 3-4 days to get processed and dispatched due to the high volumes.
We deliver all orders by DHL or Royal Mail.
We calculate our shipping prices on order value to the UK. Please note that we offer free UK shipping on all orders above £50. So, you wouldn’t have to pay any shipping fees if your order amount exceeds £50.
Yes, we do offer free shipping in the UK. Customers in the UK enjoy free shipping on all orders over £50 and the orders are sent by Royal Mail or DHL.
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on when you have placed your order. Our cut-off time is 6:00pm. So, you must try to place your order before the cut-off time to ensure the order is dispatched within 48 hours and you receive it within 3-5 business days.
However, if orders are placed after Thursday 6:00 pm, it will be dispatched the following Monday. Express orders placed between Thursday 6:00 pm and Sunday 6:00pm are dispatched the following Monday.

The information provided by Royal Mail and DHL is not always accurate. Sometimes, they mark the packages as
delivered before you actually arrive.
Generally, there’s nothing to worry about, and your package should arrive at your doorstep in a few days.
However, it is a good idea to check with the neighbours, post office, and family members before escalating the situation.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on accessories, hair extensions (mainly human hair extensions), ponytails, wigs, clippers, trimmers, scissors, razors, nail polishes, and blades. For more information on non-returnable items, contact us.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your product(s) once you have placed your order.

Unfortunately, once an order is processed, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
For security reasons, it is not possible to change the billing address after an order is placed.
However, as long as your shipping address is correct, your order will be delivered. So, you have nothing to worry about!
