What is Shaba Rewards?
Shaba Rewards is a loyalty program that treats you with lucrative rewards. Membership is completely free and you will earn points for activities on our website, including shopping and referrals. The points earned can be used to earn discounts off your purchases. So, shop more to save more!
How do I sign up for the Loyalty Program?
To sign up for the Loyalty Program, simply create an account on our website and opt-in to the program. You will automatically start earning points with your first purchase!
How are points earned?
Points are earned through making purchases and referring friends and family to our website. Additionally, you can earn points by leaving us a photo review, following us on social media channels, and engaging in other activities that we may introduce from time to time to help you earn more points. You can view the points earned on your dashboard. Every time you make a purchase on our site you will earn 1 point per £1 spent. Please see above to view other ways to earn points.
Is there any limitation to how many points I can earn?
No, the more you shop, the more points you earn.
What happens if a friend I refer returns or cancels their order on your website?
The points earned through their purchase will be cancelled.
Can I redeem my points whenever I want?
Yes, you can redeem your points wherever you want. However, please make sure they are redeemed within 12 months of the points earned or they will get expired.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be
deducted from your account.
I already have an account at SHABA — how do I join the Loyalty Program?
If you already have an account on SHABA, simply log in to your account and
you'll already be in the Club. You will automatically start earning points with future
purchases. If you're not sure whether you're already a member of the Loyalty
Program, please contact our customer support team for assistance

What if one of the products i want to redeem for points is sold out?
You can only redeem points for available products. If an item you would like to
redeem points for is sold out, you would need to wait until that item is back in
stock to redeem it for points. We cannot guarantee when or if an item will be
back in stock.
Do i need to make a minimum purchase to use my points?
No minimum purchase amount is required.
Will i recieve points for my previous purchases?
No, unfortunately points are not retroactive to past purchases.
