If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

Our Shine Oil is enriched with precious flower oils to intensify the natural tones of your hair colour. Infused with a sensorial fragrance for an improved experience at application. HOW TO USE
STEP 1 – BEFORE COLOURING: Remember to be colour safe and always do your patch test 48 hours before use, even if you have already used colouring products before. Please follow the instruction leaflet and read the safety information.
STEP 2 – PREP: Cover your shoulders with a towel and put on the gloves. Open the colouring bottle and pour it entirely into the developer bottle. Close with the applicator tip and shake it to obtain a completely even mixture. Twist off the applicator tip immediately to avoid bursting and damage from the product over flowing.
STEP 3 – APPLY COLOUR: Part your hair into small, even sections and apply the colour. Refer to instructions for development time. Apply conditioner and then rinse thoroughly.

This is a really nice HH wig, especially for the price. It is lovely and soft and hangs nicely. I did have to trim the fringe a little as it was a little long on me but not a big deal and down to personal preference rather than the wig per se. Will certainly purchase again.

This hair very good, looks and feels like human hair. Very good for African hair texture. The hair is too good, thick and full. Although the 16 inches isn't that long bearly reaches the bra length. Delivery took up to 3 days.
