Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

Part of the Spotlight ‘360’ Lace range, the Freya Wig has a lace front and back (minus the ears) which allows for multiple styling options including styling into ponytails. This high-quality wig also has movable parting of 13” by 4” lace, making it extremely easy to customise and style. A crimped curl style for this natural full hair look, high quality fibre means it can still be heat styled.
