If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

- Mixing Ratio: In a non-metallic bowl, combine 50 ml (1 tube) of L'Oreal Dialight color with 75 ml of DIACTIVATEURE to create a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
- Application: Apply the prepared mixture to dry, unwashed hair. Ensure even coverage by using a brush or applicator, targeting the roots, lengths, and tips.
- Processing Time: Allow the color to process for 20 minutes. However, the service time may vary based on the professional hairdresser's recommendation or the desired level of color intensity.
- Massage and Rinse: After the recommended processing time, gently massage the hair to ensure the color is evenly distributed. Rinse the hair thoroughly with water until the water runs clear.

this hair is great for the trending miracle knots look ai user two packs and loved the results but you may want 3 packs for a fuller look. I also used hawaiian silky for the upkeep so it wouldn’t be knotty
thus crochet hair is great for miracle knots i used 2 packs but for a fuller look you might want to use 3 its a beautiful curl and doesn’t get tangled easily. I bought the hawaiian silky to help with the upkeep so u can reuse it
