Please Note:

• This applies to items purchased from this site only.
• Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
• We only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
• We are unable to process a refund or replacement unless we have the item back with us.
• You have 14 days window from the day of receiving your delivery to initiate your return. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer exchange or refund after that period.
• The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.
• We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Click here
• Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
• If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, postage costs for returning the item(s) will be borne by you.
• We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
