You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
Description
HUMAN HAIR GENERAL CARE
The following provides general guidance for the care of human hair products.
As each individual product may vary, consult your hair stylist for specific instructions.
1. Wash and condition hair regularly.
2. Detangle hair gently before washing. Do not rub or twist hair.
3. Add a mild shampoo to cool water and swish hair till clean. Rinse thoroughly.
4. After washing add conditioner to coll water soak hair. Rinse thoroughly.
5. Blot out excess water with towel and allow hair to dry naturally. Do not expose to sun.
6. Comb curly hair gently with your fingers. Do not brush.
7. Brush straight hair, in a downward motion starting with ends. Work your way up to the roots.
8. Certain items should not be brushed, e.g. braids, domes, etc. Consult your hair stylist if in doubt.

I can’t praise Outre wigs enough. This one is also perfect, silky and soft, the hairline and lace are done perfectly with this too so there’s nothing you need to do when wearing it after cutting the extra lace off. I only wish that it was slightly shorter for my own personal style but it still looks really nice
