Blend 4 to 6 ml into 20 ml of your hair care to customize.
Blend 4 to 6 ml into 20 ml of body care to customize.
Blend 5 drops ml into 20 ml of carrier oil to customize.
Add 4 to 6 drops into your room diffuser to create a aromatic atmosphere.
Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil into carrier oil and add to running water for a fragrant bath.
Add 5 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil for a relaxing massage.

Keep away from naked flames. Best kept in a cool dry place. If Grapefruit, Orange, Lemon, Lime or Bergamot are used on the skin, avoid sun or sunbed exposure for at least 12 hours after application.
