Please Note:

• Goods must be unused and in their original packaging.
• We only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
• We are unable to process a refund or replacement unless we have the item back with us.
• You have 14 days window from the day of receiving your delivery to initiate your return. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer exchange or refund after that period.
• The products must be returned in their original condition, including outer packaging, unused and in perfect saleable condition.

• Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
