You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

Tried my first Outre wigs last year from America; thank goodness I found this site in the UK which had the exact ones I was looking for to replace my current ones. The hair’s so beautiful and soft and the lace is insanely good, looks so natural when laid right 😍 I hope more other outre wigs will be sold on here in the near future so I don’t have to look elsewhere when I’m ready to buy more 🤞
