Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.

This collection features different types of installation methods to cater to everyone: Pre-Looped braids, twists and locs, bulk braiding hair, as well as weave on and bulk Afro Kinky styles, all finished with a super soft texture and tangle-free fibre that is lightweight and comfortable to wear.

I can’t praise Outre wigs enough. This one is also perfect, silky and soft, the hairline and lace are done perfectly with this too so there’s nothing you need to do when wearing it after cutting the extra lace off. I only wish that it was slightly shorter for my own personal style but it still looks really nice
